Terms of Use
Last updated 2026-09-21
These terms are an agreement between you and PIMAS, a sole proprietorship of Lunavath Jitender, Warangal, Telangana, India ("SITE WORK", "we", "us"). They apply to the SITE WORK customer app and the SITE WORK Partner app for workers. By creating an account you accept them. Please read them — they are written to be read.
1. What SITE WORK is, and what it is not
SITE WORK is a platform that introduces people who need daily-wage work done ("customers") to people who do that work ("workers"), and helps both sides keep the booking.
- SITE WORK does not employ workers. Every worker is an independent person who decides which jobs to take.
- SITE WORK is not a contractor and does not supervise, direct or guarantee the work.
- The agreement to do the work — what is done, how, and for what wage — is between the customer and the worker.
- SITE WORK does not collect, hold or pay wages. Wages are paid by the customer directly to the worker.
2. Who can use SITE WORK
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You may have one customer account and one worker account. An account is for one person and may not be shared, sold or handed over.
- The information you give us must be true. A worker's trades, experience and identity must be his own.
- Workers can take jobs only after we have approved their registration. We may refuse or withdraw approval.
3. Booking work (customers)
- A booking is for one or more days, on a shift — day, night or early morning — starting at the time you choose.
- Booking for a given day closes at the cut-off time shown in the app, on the evening before that day. Later days stay open.
- Describe the work honestly, and add real photos of the site if you add any. Workers accept jobs based on what you show them.
- The estimate of wages shown in the app is a guide. The real wage is agreed between you and the workers and is often higher.
- You must pay each worker who comes and works, in full, on the day, by cash or UPI, and record what you paid in the app.
- Give the attendance code only to workers who are actually at your site. Give the closing code only when the day's work is finished.
- If you cancel after a worker has accepted, he has turned down other work for you. Repeated late cancellations will pause your ability to book for a period shown in the app.
4. Taking work (workers)
- Take only jobs you can do and will turn up for. One job a day.
- When you accept a booking of several days, you are accepting every day of it.
- Check in at the site with the customer's code when you arrive, and check out with the closing code when the day is finished. Both only work at the site.
- Never share a code, use a fake location, check in for someone else, or let someone else use your account.
- Not turning up after accepting harms a customer who is relying on you. Missed jobs lead to warnings, and repeated missed jobs lead to your account being stopped.
- Collect your wage from the customer before you leave the site, and confirm what you received in the app.
5. Fees
- SITE WORK may charge the customer a booking fee. The fee, if any, is always shown before you confirm a booking.
- During our launch offer the booking fee is waived, and the app shows it as ₹0.
- We will tell you in the app before any fee starts to be charged. A fee never applies to a booking made before it was announced.
- Workers pay SITE WORK nothing.
6. Safety and conduct
- The customer is responsible for the site: that it is safe to work on, that the work is lawful, and that any permissions it needs have been obtained.
- Workers are responsible for working with care and for their own conduct.
- Both sides must treat each other with respect. Harassment, threats, discrimination, violence, theft, and asking for or offering anything illegal are not allowed.
- Do not use SITE WORK to arrange work for anyone under 18.
- If something goes wrong on a site, call the SITE WORK helpline in the app. In an emergency, call 112 first.
7. Ratings
- After a job, customers rate the workers who came. Ratings are shown to workers without saying which customer gave them.
- Ratings must be honest and about the work. We may remove ratings that are abusive, false or given in exchange for something.
8. Things you must not do
- Give false information, or register someone else's identity.
- Try to get around the app's rules — its codes, its location checks, its limits — or interfere with how it works.
- Copy, scrape or resell information from the app, including other people's contact details.
- Use SITE WORK for anything unlawful.
9. Suspension and closing your account
- We may warn, pause or close an account that breaks these terms, puts anyone at risk, or is used for fraud. Where it is safe to, we will tell you why.
- You can stop using SITE WORK at any time, and delete your account from Profile, then Account, in either app.
10. Limits on our responsibility
- SITE WORK introduces customers and workers; it does not guarantee that a booking will be filled, that a worker will arrive, or the quality of any work.
- As far as the law allows, SITE WORK is not responsible for injury, loss or damage that happens at a site, for disputes about wages between a customer and a worker, or for anything a customer or worker does.
- Where the law does make us responsible, our responsibility is limited to the booking fees you paid us for the booking in question.
- Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be taken away.
11. Your data
How we collect, use and protect your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms as SITE WORK grows. When a change matters, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Using SITE WORK after that means you accept the new terms.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that cannot be settled by talking to us will be decided by the courts at Warangal, Telangana.
